By downloading, installing, or using Image to Excel AI (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Description of Service

Image to Excel AI provides automated image-to-text and spreadsheet conversion services using artificial intelligence technology.

2. User Accounts & Registration

• You must sign in with a valid Google Account to access App features.

• You are responsible for all actions taken under your logged-in account.

• You may terminate your account and request full data deletion at any time by following our Account & Data Deletion Process.

3. Credit System, Billing & In-App Purchases

• Welcome Allocation: New users receive 10 free, non-transferable credits upon creating an account for the first time.

• In-App Purchases: Additional credit packages are purchased exclusively through Google Play In-App Purchases.

• Billing & Refunds: All payment processing is handled by Google Play. Purchases are non-refundable except as governed by Google Play’s official refund policy or applicable laws.

• Usage & Non-Transferability: Each successful conversion request consumes credits. Credits are non-transferable, tied to your account, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. System Failure Credit Protection & Refund Policy

• Server, Network, and API Errors: If an image processing request fails due to a server connection error, network timeout, backend service failure, or Google Gemini API outage, your consumed credit will be automatically restored to your account balance (or not deducted).

• Unprocessable / Invalid Content (No Refunds): Credits will NOT be restored or refunded if the request completes successfully but fails to output meaningful tabular data due to blurred images, poor lighting, unreadable handwriting, non-tabular content, or invalid document formatting. You are responsible for ensuring your source image is clear and contains structured table/form data prior to submission.

5. Acceptable Use & Content Ownership

• Your Images: You retain full ownership of the images you process. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and legal authority to upload and process any image submitted to the App.

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on third-party intellectual property, or attempts to exploit our server infrastructure, APIs, or credit system.

6. Disclaimer & Accuracy of AI Output

• Results generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API) are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high conversion accuracy, AI models may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misformatted data. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all converted output prior to professional, legal, or financial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prince J shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, or from inaccuracies in converted data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
