Prince J ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Video To Subtitle SRT - AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect basic profile information provided by Google (such as your name, email address, and unique user ID) to set up and manage your user account.
Uploaded Images: When you use the App to extract data, your selected image is transmitted securely to our server to perform AI recognition. We do not store your images. Images are processed transiently in-memory solely for text extraction and are discarded immediately after processing.
Usage & Analytics Data: We collect anonymous performance and usage metrics via third-party analytics services (e.g., Firebase / Google Analytics) to understand App feature performance, log crash reports, and improve overall stability.
Transaction & Credit Information: We keep track of your credit balance, free credit allocations, and in-app purchase history linked to your account ID. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or payment card details.
2. How We Process AI Data
To extract text and generate Excel structures from your uploaded images, our server securely sends image data to the Google Gemini API.
Images sent to the AI API are processed solely to perform the text conversion.
We do not sell your images, prompt content, or extracted text data to any third party.
3. Third-Party Services
We utilize trusted third-party services that operate under strict privacy and security guidelines:
Google Sign-In (User Authentication)
Google Play In-App Purchases / Billing (Payment Processing)
Google Gemini API (AI Data Extraction)
Google Analytics / Firebase (App Performance and Crash Reporting)
4. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to:
Manage user authentication and account balances (credits).
Perform image-to-text processing as requested.
Maintain App security, detect fraud, and prevent abuse.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
Images: Retained for zero time beyond the immediate processing window.
